Pay & Benefits
- $14–$17/hr (up to $20/hr for specialty care)
- $150 referral bonus – no limit
- Next-day pay available
- Flexible scheduling: part-time, full-time, weekends, overnights, and live-in shifts

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other care needs
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
- Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Physically able to lift 25+ lbs., bend, kneel, and stay active during shifts
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must pass a background check
- TB test required (can be completed after interview)
- Reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication

- Allen Park and surrounding areas, including Detroit, Novi, Farmington Hills, Canton, Plymouth, Livonia, Ann Arbor, Dearborn, Rochester Hills, and Southfield
