Home Caregiver – Farmington Hills, MI

Looking for meaningful work with flexible scheduling? CareOne Senior Care is seeking caring, dependable individuals to support seniors and adults who want to remain comfortable in their own homes in Farmington Hills.

We value reliability, kindness, and a willingness to learn. Previous caregiving experience is welcome but is not required for eligible entry-level positions.

Typical duties may include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities

  • Helping with dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene

  • Preparing meals and providing eating assistance when needed

  • Providing companionship and conversation

  • Assisting with light housekeeping and daily routines

Find an assignment that fits your availability:

  • Daytime and afternoon hours

  • Evening and overnight shifts

  • Weekday and weekend opportunities

  • Part-time and full-time schedules

  • Select extended shifts

Pay and benefits:

  • $15–$17 per hour for regular assignments

  • Specialty assignments up to $22.50 per hour

  • Next-day pay options

  • $150 referral bonus for eligible referrals

  • Mileage reimbursement for approved transportation

Applicants must be at least 18 and willing to complete required background screening and TB testing. Reliable transportation is needed for assignments that require it.
