Veteran Caregiver – In-Home Care Services
CareOne Senior Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home support to Veterans throughout Southeast Michigan. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful relationships while helping Veterans maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes.

Position Summary
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized support based on each client's needs and care plan. Responsibilities may vary by assignment but are focused on enhancing the client's daily life while promoting dignity and independence.
What You'll Do
Provide companionship and social engagement
Assist with personal care and hygiene needs
Support safe mobility and ambulation
Assist with transfers and positioning as needed
Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition
Complete light housekeeping and laundry tasks
Provide medication reminders according to the care plan
Assist with shopping, errands, and transportation when required
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Maintain accurate care documentation and communication with the office

Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $16.00–$17.00 per hour

Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Previous caregiving experience is helpful but not required
CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background screening
Ability to use a smartphone for scheduling and communication
TB test required before assignment
