In-Home Personal Care Assistant

Caregiving experience is welcome, but it is not required. We provide training, guidance, and ongoing support to help you feel confident in your role.
What You'll Do
As a Personal Care Assistant, you may provide assistance with a variety of daily activities, including:
Helping clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Preparing meals and encouraging proper hydration
Offering companionship, conversation, and social interaction
Performing light housekeeping, laundry, and basic household tasks
Supporting clients with walking, mobility, and transfers
Providing medication reminders according to the client's care plan
Accompanying clients to appointments, errands, or other activities as needed
Observing changes in a client's condition and communicating concerns to the office
Completing required documentation following each shift
Scheduling Opportunities
We have assignments available for a variety of schedules and availability, including:
Full-time and part-time work
Daytime, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts
Weekday and weekend assignments
Live-in opportunities
Long-term ongoing cases
Short-term assignments
Pay & Benefits
CareOne Senior Care offers:
$15.00–$17.00 per hour for standard caregiver positions
Certain specialty and couples assignments may pay up to $22.50 per hour
Weekly pay
Optional next-day pay
Scheduling options based on availability
$150 caregiver referral bonus
Mileage reimbursement for approved transportation related to client care

Qualifications
We're looking for team members who:
Are 18 years of age or older
Are dependable, compassionate, and positive
Are comfortable working independently in a client's home
Communicate respectfully and professionally
Have dependable transportation
Hold a valid driver's license
Have current vehicle registration and auto insurance
Can successfully complete a criminal background screening
Have a current TB test or are willing to obtain one before employment begins
Previous experience in home care, personal care, CNA work, direct care, or caregiving is a plus, but it is not mandatory.
