Pay & Benefits

• $14–$17 per hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)
• $150 referral bonus (no limit)
• Next-day pay option available

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
• Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
• Perform safe transfers (gait belts, Hoyer lifts – training provided)
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
• Maintain client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

Job Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay active during shifts
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
• Reliable transportation and mobile phone
• Dependable, professional, and punctual
• Must pass a background check
• TB test required (can be completed after interview)
