Pay & Benefits
- $14–$17 per hour (specialty services up to $20/hour)
- $150 referral bonus for every caregiver or client you refer — no limit

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
- Support clients with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or memory care needs
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene
- Perform safe transfers using gait belts and Hoyer lifts (training provided)
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social outings
- Promote client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Physically able to lift at least 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and walk during shifts
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
- Access to a reliable mobile phone for scheduling and communication
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must pass a background check
- Current TB test (may be completed after interview process)
